I am disappointed in the products I got from Shefit. I ordered the nude color and was sent black. The sizing is completely off as well. I am a 34B which is under X/XS. I was suspicious because I have never been a small but thought maybe their sizing was different. The bra is so tight I can't breathe. The panties work OK but they are really not the right size either.
Even with the bra being too small it is not very supportive. I would not purchase from them again.
I love these bras until the zippers break. I own 6 and slowly but surely I am losing them due to the zipper zipping up a little bit and coming undone at the bottom. The one I just took off was very difficult to get out of because I have to take the bra off before I can fix the zipper.

I have a very bad experience with my first online shopping!
My order was delivered on April,9 and it didn't fit me well.
I decided to return it and got return confirmation.
but it was hard for me to drop it off at the post office. So, I contact customer service and she told me that I can print it out and leave the package in front of my apartment and UPS will dot the rest.
I talked with too many people at their customer service and I had to explain over and over. in the end, nothing happened. I do not have the bra, I did not get a refund, and they just trying to teach me where should I put the package for pickup!
do not expect to have an easy return process!

I recently gave birth to my second baby in 2 years and my breasts have changed so much! I’ve breastfed both of my children so they’ve fluctuated significantly. The ultimate sports bra is perfect for supporting me during high impact activities like jumping jacks or downward dog positions. I wear the flex bra daily and it provides great support while I’m playing with my toddler. I love the adjustable straps that make nursing my infant easy. Amazing bra!
I can not their get their ads off my phone. I made the mistake of showing my wife a bra, now I get nothing else. Driving me mad.
I was scared to buy a sports bra because I have in the past and hated them never any support and their usually a pain to take off. I have worn wired bras for most of my life because they gave the best support I could find. Getting older and starting work out I hated wearing my wire bras they got stinky so quickly and washing them by hand to make sure the wire didn't bend was so annoying and the support while working out was 0 I ended up just throwing them away and buying new ones. After seeing a few ads about Shefit I finally looked into it, at first I was taken off by the price I'd buy 3 or more wire bras for the price of one of these. However after a good pay check and really needing a new bra I thought I would go and take a chance. I am so so so so so happy I did I LOVE it. The moment it arrived I put it on took me a minute to find the right adjustment but OMG this is amazing. The amount of support and comfort it's like no sports bra I've ever had, it's like wearing a wore bra with no wire and 100x more comfortable. I immediately bought another one so I could wear one for everyday and wear one for working out and I burned all my other bras, I am never going back.
Had I read the reviews I may have held off on getting 4 but the second two were on sale. The first couple of times I wore the first two I bought, they seemed fine. I took advantage of the sale and bought two more pretty soon . After wearing the new one one time I noticed a mark on my torso and it was sore. After wearing the other new one I realized it was the zipper that caused the problem. I thought it was isolated to one of the bras, unfortunately I’ve tried the original ones and have the same problem. The ‘muscle memory’ of the discomfort makes me not wear any of them. Unfortunate because the look really good and made me feel like a badass . LOL.. almost $200 sitting in a draw. May try again when I lose some weight.
Very disappointed in this bra, not worth all the hype and I wanted to like it!
Did not like the material of the bra the leggings/workout pants were very cheap and thin material the bra was very uncomfortable and hurt I did not like this brand at all the website makes it look really good but once you buy it it's all cheap material and they're too expensive for their products.
Well, I will wear it because I bought it and don’t want to desl with the fuss to send it back. But I don’t love it. The material is uncomfortable and more stiff than it appears in the videos. Also the zipper split in the middle the first time I wore it. Sigh.
I’m not really enthused about this bra. I had high expectations, because I’m a runner and a soccer player. I got the correct size for me. I’m a 36/38DD and got the 2luxe. The upper portion fits fine. I wear my straps in the “H” position , because I don’t like they tugging on my neck. I’m mostly concerned with three things:
1) the metal connectors by the armpits dig in and after just two wears, are starting to rub and give me marks. After a three mile run, I was in discomfort.
2) the metal strap in the back gets turned sideways when pulled/tightened. This means that I cannot adjust it when it’s on. It also means that the metal has started digging into my back. Very uncomfortable. For a $69 bra, this should not be happening on the second wear.
3) the band around the chest rolls. Im constantly adjusting it. I’m aware that this could be a problem that is specific to me, but after just two wears, I’m disappointed.
All in all, this bra is a good idea, but needs some work. It will be my second or third choice bra.
I really wanted to like these bras, they fit well and provided great support, but after wearing one for a full day, my shoulders hurt so badly I can't even sit comfortably.
I ride horses so high impact support is the most important thing to me. I noticed some shoulder strain during the day and loosened the shoulder straps, but that negatively effected the support and it didn't help in the long run because of how much pain I am now in. I only used one of the two I purchased and now will be returning the second one. The search for a good supportive bra for large-breasted equestrians continues.
Great bras, terrible service
I have been ordering Shefit and raving about them for some time. I ordered two half off items two weeks ago. They shipped quickly but USPS misdelivered them - I was at the locked office mailbox immediately after delivery and they were NOT in the box. Shefit refuses to help me, instead saying stupid things like "check the front porch" (assuming my office has one?) and to "go around and ask the neighbors" (most of the offices are closed because, you know, COVID, and even if they aren't I don't need to play Coronavirus roulette). They won't help me because I didn't pay extra extortion (aka Route) to get my package delivered safely. Sorry, but part of selling a product is making sure it arrives to the customer safely. If Route is so great, Shefit needs to eat the extra $1 on their overpriced merchandise to cover it themselves.
The package clearly did NOT arrive as intended and if Shefit had used any other carrier, instead of USPS which we all know is a complete cluster this year, there would be usable tracking data and location instead of “well, one of these 20 mailboxes.”
Shefit doesn’t care about customers and is too cheap to pay for Route themselves while they are slinging almost $80 sports bras. What a joke. Penny wise pound foolish and will lose a lot more on the loss of goodwill from this customer and any potential customers who hear about Shefit from me.
